What each file has
- County and the county’s account number for the property
- Owner name and property address
- Property type and the county’s assessed value, where the county publishes it
- Taxes owed and how many years the property has been delinquent
- Legal description, and whether collection is paused for bankruptcy or a deferral
- For a Near me search, the distance from your point
How to download a list
- Search the records by county, city, ZIP, street, owner or account number, or tap Near me.
- Sort it the way you want: amount owed, value, owner, or years delinquent (oldest first).
- Choose what to take: every matching row, the first number of rows you type, or only the properties you tick.
- Tap CSV, Excel or PDF. The file keeps the order you see on screen.
- Saved properties download in one tap from your Saved page.
How much you can download
Downloads are part of Pro. You can download up to 15,000 new rows a month, up to 5,000 a day and 5,000 in one file. Downloading the same property again that month is free, so re-sorting a county or pulling a fresh copy doesn’t use your allowance. “Skip rows I already downloaded” picks up where your last file stopped, so a whole county comes down in a few files.
Where the data comes from
Every record comes from a county tax office, appraisal district or tax-sale law firm. We don’t estimate or fill in anything: if a county doesn’t publish a value or a years count, the file says so. Each county page shows the day we last loaded that county’s roll. Check with the county before you act on any record.
