1. Service Description

TaxDelinquentTexas provides a searchable database of tax delinquent property records sourced from Texas county tax assessor-collector offices. The service includes property listings, owner information, tax amounts owed, property details, and related tools for real estate investors and professionals.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Full access to TaxDelinquentTexas requires a paid subscription at $149.99 per month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and automatically renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us. After 7 days, or on renewal charges, no refunds are provided. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

All property data on TaxDelinquentTexas is sourced from public county records and is provided "as is." While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and update our data weekly, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Tax amounts, property details, owner information, and sale dates may change without notice.

You should independently verify all property information with the relevant county tax assessor-collector office before making any investment decisions. TaxDelinquentTexas is an informational tool — not legal, financial, or investment advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

By using TaxDelinquentTexas, you acknowledge and agree that:

• TaxDelinquentTexas and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the use of or reliance on information provided through this website.
• We are not responsible for any investment decisions you make based on data found on this platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the prior 3 months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially republish data obtained from TaxDelinquentTexas
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data in bulk
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
