1Search and stats

Search by owner name, address, or account number across every county at once. Two tabs: Delinquent Records for county tax rolls, and MUD Districts for municipal utility district rolls, which are tracked separately.

2Record cards

Owner name, property address, legal description, city and county, assessed value, amount owed, years delinquent, and account number, plus a Google Maps link and the detail button.

Why does one card show "Not available" for assessed value, or no years-delinquent badge, when the one next to it has both? Every record has four things: owner name, property address, amount owed, and county account number. Everything else depends on what that county puts in its roll. Some counties' delinquent files come from a law firm or a MUD roll that doesn't include an appraisal value or a years count. We show what the county reports and never fill in the gap. Hover the ? icons for the same explanation on the card.

3Filter one county by amount owed

Bexar County, $10,000 minimum owed: 8,291 properties, sorted highest owed first. Filters: county, min and max owed, property type where the county supplies it.

4Search by owner name

Type a last name and search all counties at once. "GARCIA" returns 4,971 properties across Bexar, Tarrant, and every other county in the database.

Can I look up one specific owner across counties? Yes. That is what this search is for. Owner names are stored exactly as the county spells them, so try a partial name if a full name misses.

5Record detail

Taxes owed, assessed value, years delinquent, owner, account number, status, legal description, a Google Maps link, and the date this record was last updated.

Where is the owner's phone number or mailing address? Not here. County tax rolls carry the owner name and the property address, not contact details. Use the owner name and property address with a skip-trace service to get phone, email, and current mailing address.
How current is this record? Each detail view shows its last-updated date. We update as much as we can and as soon as we can, but it all depends on the county. Each one releases its roll on its own schedule.

6Map view

Pick a county, switch to Map View. Bexar County here: 30,005 of 35,875 records pinned. Pin color is years delinquent: green under 3, blue 3 to 4, amber 5 to 9, red 10 or more.

Why aren't all records on the map? Only records with verified coordinates get a pin. The banner tells you how many were left off. We never approximate a location.

7MUD Districts tab

Municipal utility district delinquent rolls, 20,381 records across 535 districts, kept separate from county rolls because they are billed and collected separately. Same search, filters, and detail view.

Why is assessed value "Not available" on most MUD records? MUD tax rolls report the debt, not the appraisal. The amount owed is real; the district just doesn't publish a value with its delinquent list.

8Your account

We build what our customers ask for

Most of what you just saw exists because a subscriber asked for it: new counties, map pins, legal descriptions, the Title & Liens report, the struck-off and pipeline views. When a customer tells us what would make the product more useful, we move on it fast, usually within days, not quarters.

Have a county you need, a field you want on every record, or a workflow the site should handle for you? Email support@taxdelinquenttexas.com. You will get a reply from the person who builds it.

Questions we get asked

Which fields are on every record?
Owner name, property address, amount owed, and county account number. Appraised value, legal description, years delinquent, city and zip, and property type appear where the county reports them.
How often do records update?
As often as we can and as soon as we can, but it depends on the county. Each one releases its roll on its own schedule. Every record shows its last-updated date so you always know where it stands. The auction side updates daily.
Can you add a county I need?
Yes. We add counties on request. Don't hesitate to ask.
Do you have owner contact information?
No phone, email, or mailing address. County rolls don't carry them. Pair the owner name and property address with a skip-trace service.
Can I export the data or get an API?
Not right now. If that would change how you work, tell us. Customer requests drive what gets built next.
What does the subscription cover?
One plan, full access to both sides, every county. Cancel anytime.
