Why our number will not match the county's. A county's delinquent total counts every kind of debt it is owed. Ours counts only what a buyer can actually take at a tax sale: houses, land, commercial buildings and mobile homes. Debts on business equipment and dealer inventory are left out, because there is no deed behind them and nothing to bid on. So the figures below will not match a county press release, and they are not meant to. They are an exact count of the property you can actually buy.
